You may have heard that the lawsuit I am involved in with the city is over and that they prevailed.  That is not the case.  While the city did, unfortunately, prevail on Count 1 of the lawsuit, Count 2 is still pending before a Federal Judge.  Just as soon as the Judge renders judgement on Count 2, I will let everyone know the outcome.  While I am saddened by the loss on Count 1, which I believe happened because the jury simply did not understand the law and also because they felt sorry for the individual defendants, I am still hopeful that some good will come out of all this.  Once the lawsuit is over, I will publish more in depth information about it.
